3. How Do We Use Website Analytics?
We use Rybbit, running on our own server at rybbit.rethinkcodes.com, to understand how visitors use Our Site.
Analytics information can include the pages visited, page titles, referring websites, browser language, screen dimensions and interactions with links to other websites. Page addresses can include information contained in URL parameters.
Rybbit does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It counts visits using an identifier created on the analytics server, which changes daily, so it cannot recognise you from one day to the next.
4. What Cookies Does the Booking Calendar Use?
Our demo page offers an embedded booking calendar provided by Cal.com.
The calendar is blocked until you select Accept, Accept cookies and load, or Load this time only. You can instead arrange a demo by emailing info@rethinkcarbon.co.uk.
When the calendar loads, your browser connects to app.cal.com. Cal.com and its service providers use cookies to support the calendar, authentication-related functions and security.

Session cookies have no fixed expiry date and normally last for the browser session. Some browsers may restore them when restoring a previous session.
Cal.com also uses Sentry to collect technical performance and diagnostic information when the calendar loads.
These are the cookies identified during an anonymous calendar visit. Additional cookies or storage may be used if you sign in to Cal.com or proceed further through the booking process.
5. How Can I Manage My Choices?
You can reopen the banner using Cookie settings in the website footer.
- Accept allows the Cal.com calendar to load on the demo page and remembers your choice.
- Reject keeps the calendar blocked unless you subsequently choose to load it.
- Load this time only loads the calendar for the current page visit without changing your saved choice. Cal.com cookies may still be set when you use this option.
If you change your choice from Accept to Reject, the embedded calendar is removed. This does not automatically delete cookies already stored by Cal.com or its providers.
You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to block cookies or clear cookies and other website data, including local storage. Clearing our consent cookie means you may be asked to choose again.
Blocking cookies or other storage may affect how the booking calendar works.

We may update this policy when Our Site or the technologies it uses change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
